Unclear: Use of fentanyl patches on skin will cause a drug screen to be positive. There is no other way to take this form of medicine, certainly not orally. Sorry, but the question is a little confusing.

Persistent right flank pain for weeks. Lower back, kidney area under ribs, above belly button, gallbladder area. Bad taste in mouth. Urine test & culture neg. Gallbladder u/s neg, bloodwork neg. What else could it be? Kidney u/s next?
