Difficult to say: Urine test will show the drug is in her system. Saliva test will show it too for up to 2 - 5 days after the last dose. The test will simply stay it is in her system, not the mode of entry. Scraping the oral mucosa after chewing could detect it. You need to do something quickly to stop this behavior. Overdose is almost inevitable when Fentanyl is chewed and will occur at some point.
