Secondary enuresis is acquired loss of control after earlier success. I would take the kid in for a full evaluation. There are both medical and emotional causes for such a problem and they require an in-person exam and testing to define.

He needs a good evaluation. Sometimes it can be a psychological/ mental problem if he was OK before that. Pl have him seen by the ped. get a urine and some basic tests and go from there - good luck
