Ive had low sodium blood tests, and high urine sodium. I get really bad muscle cramping. Could this be siadh?
On my blood tests I have low sodium just under the normal range and I have high random urine sodium level of 80 mmol/L. I get muscle cramping all over that gets worse with activity. Is there any conditions or disease that cause this?

I was bed bound for a week then had a blood transfusn + potas iv this week. Recently it became irritating to take a deep breath-dull pain into throat that makes me auto cough, I can breath freely tho. Idk if this is serious or just a pulled muscle?
