Several: Foods are great sources of fiber. Here are a few Bran. All types out there. Great breakfast Beans. All kinds good for fiber Berries. Elderberries best. Strawberries least Grains wheat etc Nuts. Good as well Of course fruits. Pears prunes top of list Men should have around 30-40 grams a day Women 20-30 a day.

Colored vegetables: Any solid, brightly colored vegetable or leafy vegetable (this includes green vegetables like broccoli and celery, but not "white" vegetables like potatoes) will have a lot of insoluble fiber. Some fruits come to mind as well, like bananas.Whatever vegetable or grain that you eat, you should try to eat the skin / husk (i.e., whole wheat, whole potatoes) when you do - that will boost fiber as well.
