Strawberries least Grains wheat etc Nuts. Good as well Of course fruits. Pears prunes top of list Men should have around 30-40 grams a day Women 20-30 a day.

Colored vegetables: Any solid, brightly colored vegetable or leafy vegetable (this includes green vegetables like broccoli and celery, but not "white" vegetables like potatoes) will have a lot of insoluble fiber. Some fruits come to mind as well, like bananas.Whatever vegetable or grain that you eat, you should try to eat the skin / husk (i.e., whole wheat, whole potatoes) when you do - that will boost fiber as well.
