No: The moon should have no bearing on sleep pattern. If it is bright enough to make it hard to fall asleep, close the blinds or curtains.

Curtains/ blinds: Pull curtains/ blinds or use black out curtains. I once tried to sleep in a Janeway tent at the Southpole in the middle of summer. It was so BRIGHT out that I didn't fall asleep once - not even for a second. For most - it is best to sleep in a dark space.
