See below: That is a normal value of DHEA. If it is associated with hypertension and elevations of other adrenal steroids, then additional evaluation may be necessary. Difficulty sleeping often reflects anxiety. Activities to relief anxiety may be of help, as is avoidance of caffeine containing drinks. In addition, OTC medications such as Zzzquil may be of help
