Shoulder, maybe: Bicep, forearm - no. Arthritis is inflammation in joint tissue. It's initially a deep - not surface pain. The irritation of the joint calls in body fluids that are expected to help but just add to the problem. (It's a bit like World crises.) The battlefield of inflammation spreads radiating pain during flare-ups. A doctor can diagnose and prescribe behaviors and Rx's. "Ice" rub/ Aspirin may help.
