Dermatologist: Are these bumps itchy? Do they resolve in a day only to appear elsewhere? If so they sound like hives which are usually an allergic reaction to something internal or external or even to stress and temperature changes. Insect bites are less likely. A dermatologist is best qualified to evaluate, diagnose and treat you.
