MS?: Neuromyelitis optica is a demyelinating condition that can give you visual and limb symptoms and a negative MRI of the brain. Since your hand symptoms come and go I would not be thinking MS or NMO though. . Hands tingle on and off and fall asleep at night sounds like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I'd see a neurologist to sort this out.

Tingly hands: The symptoms of tingly hands and hands falling asleep at night may mean you have carpal tunnel syndrome. Having these symptoms and a normal brain MRI probably means you do not have MS. The symptom of floaters is not common for MS. Tightness in the right knee does not normally suggest MS. Lightheadedness is caused by so many things, too many to list.
