Moderation: Remember, it's ok to have indulgences built into your diet several times a week. But, remember when you decide to splurge make sure you don't eat a whole family size bag of chips or three + hamburgers at a time. Be mindful of reasonable portions of even unhealthy foods. In fact, if you incorporate a splurge here and there it may help you lose weight if it keeps you on track, diet wise.

Moderation...: If you push and restrict yourself to the point that you feel deprived, you are unlikely to stick with a new eating plan. Make most of your food choices healthy ones - whole fresh foods, lots of veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats. Avoid high calorie drinks and lots of processed foods. Then, know a "cheat" meal every now and then is fine. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet with an end point

OK: not a deal breaker: remember: diet, high and low impact burst aerobics, portion control, positive self image and occasionallly ok to indilge once a weedk.
