Losing Weight: The next step that will work for you is that you must write down or keep a food diary of all you eat. There are numerous websites that will take this and give you a sense of how many calories and what type of calories you are ingesting. If you are eating more than 1800 calories in a day you may not lose any weight. If your carbohydrate intake is more than 25% of your calories you may not lose.
