Probably not: With the low dose pills such as Kariva, the low dose hormones decrease the risk of breakthru bleeding on the next package. I'd recommend taking the low dose hormone pills after you delay your period. You may or may not get by without breakthru bleeding on the second package. Again, with low dose pills it is not a sure thing. Good luck.
