Very likely: Women who experience "hormone withdrawal bleeding" during the days that they are on the pills that do not contain hormones (which would be most women) will experience withdrawal bleed when they cut their pill cycle short.

Yes, you can but...: If you skip the second week and take the placebos, you will have a period; however, if you you will not be protected against pregnancy. YOU COULD GET PREGNANT. Also, you may have some irregular bleeding for a few months while your body re-adjusts. Best wishes!
