Yes: Hormones or birth control pills can cause irregular periods and spotting.anytime Periods are irregular I recommend you check pregnancy test to make sure you're not pregnant

Yes: missing pills can cause abnormal bleeding or pregnancy. Take 2 per day until you get caught up and use condoms until your next period.
