Shower: Showering should be fine. Do not scrub the scabs off. Follow any directions that your urologist gave you.

Circumcision: it is safe to shower 4 days after a circumcision. The dark scab is normal around the area of the incision. I would recommend bacitracin or some kind of antibiotic ointment. Vitamin E is also good
