Here are some ...: Your carefulness is good. Chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) like betadine is a common soaping agent for scrubbing by surgeons, OR staffs, & even scrubbing to prepare surgical sites. Its topical use to post-circ incision should be okay as long as having no allergy to it by history.
