Mild elevation: What you are describing is a very mild elevation in hepatic panel labs. This is consistent with possibly mild liver inflammation. This can be from alcohol drinking. It can also be from a mild viral illness. The bigger question is why were these checked in the first place? It would not be a bad idea to monitor these levels in the near future since you now know there is a slight elevation in LFTs

Ok my I'm 37 male ast is 33 which is below the 45 threshold but my alt is 57 which is just above the 55 cut off all other ranges are normal on hepatic panel. Should I worry or is it likely nothing major? Thanks in advance?

What would cause a slightly elevated bilirubin? My level was 1.2 mg/dL today and is usually always in the .4-.6 range (last checked October 2022). AST, ALT and albumin were all normal. Alkaline Phosphatase was low?
