Labs always need to be interpreted in light of the clinical situation at the time that they were drawn. Having said that, those are only minimal abnormalities, but they do need to be followed up. You should see the primary care doctor or gastroenterologist to Drew those to arrange follow up. Do not ignore it. Good luck.

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you are overweight, lose weight, do not take any alcohol. Talk to your doctor about retesting in 3-6 months. Wish you good health!

Normal test values are determined selecting a large group of healthy individuals, taking their values and calculating the range in which 95% of the values lie. Therefor there can be some who are "normal" but their value lies outside the range. That may be the case with your alt of 55. I would repeat it in 1 month. f/u/ w/ MD Avoid liver toxins alcohol/Tylenol before testing, hydrate well.
