It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Given your history of partial seizures It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist. Wish you good health!

Your seizures need tight control, and a nocturnal event would not be surprising. Would caution you that poorly controlled epilepsy heightens the risk of SUDEP, nocturnal demise, and this highlights the need for better and more rapid control. Contact your neurologist and get this handled TODAY! Avoid driving, activities at heights, and power equipment.
