Yes you should be concerned and I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation and advice about testing. You may have had a partial seizures as you appeared to be conscious but didn't bite your tongue, get rigid, or have incontinence of urine. Allow a specialist to sort this out including identifying any possible triggers of such an event.

Would certainly evaluate whether this was seizure activity vrs a sleep disorder. A neurologist could sort this out.
