No: Arteries pulsate.
In general veins do not.
Irregular or high or low pulse rates need clarification.
From being out of shape to having significant arrythmias.
Cardiology is the discipline to help you and holter monitor is a tool.
Dvt usually cause swelling not pulsations. Vascular surgeons help sort that out with ultrasound.
