Hard to say: It's difficult to draw conclusions from the symptoms you describe. This sort of problem usually requires a more detailed history and exam to determine what is going on. If the symptoms are worse on standing up, it could be low blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension) hyperventilation can cause light headedness and tingling in arms and legs. If it persists, do get an evaluation.
