Most likely viral: How long has this ongoing. If these have been ongoing for more than 3 days, consider seeing your doctor. Your symptoms may reflect a viral infection. If you have constant fevers for more than 3 days, with headache and dizziness, consult with your doctor. If it gets better with Tylenol (acetaminophen) and rest, also reassure that this may be a viral syndrome
