Good health habits: Sounds like you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Exercising and avoiding smoking/alcohol are very beneficial for your health. Your HR is likely on the lower side because you are well conditioned. Without your height, I can't evaluate your weight. I would say keep up the good work and continue to live a healthy lifestyle.
