I have stage 2 fibrosis and fatty liver disease based on a fibroscan. i had blood work done and had high mpo antibodies. i am wondering if my dr will now insist on a biopsy and what this test means to me?liver enzymes were also abnormal?

How abnormal are your liver enzymes? Your doctor knows you best and is the best one to say whether or not you need a liver biopsy. But, just based on what you said here, a liver biopsy appears to be the next logical step to determine exactly what is wrong. If it is a systemic disease, it could be affecting other organs and thus warrants treatment. Good luck to you!
