Maybe: Sinus infections can certainly do that. Are you having any nasal symptoms like congestion, purulent nasal discharge, facial pain? There are many other reasons for halitosis though: from simple postnasal drip, to food and bacteria on your teeth and tongue, to a problem with the tonsils.
