I was diagnosed with a sinus infection today. i am being sent for x-rays do to clear lungs bilaterally with diminished breath sounds. what causes that?

Lung function test: Although sinus infection can worsen asthma symptoms, treating the sinus infection alone does not necessarily improve your asthma immediately. You need a lung function test to find out the cause for your respiratory symptoms and be treated accordingly. If your doc can't see you within a day or two, go to an urgent care or ER.
