Symptoms?: The diagnosis of hypogonadism should not be based on lab testing alone. Do you have symptoms of low testosterone (low libido, low sexual function, loss of muscle strength)? A total testosterone can sometimes be misleading. You should get a "bioavailable testosterone" level as well as LH and FSH levels.
