No: Very unlikely that taking a short course of antibiotics would affect testosterone level in either men or women. Perhaps your body isn't making its typical amount of T due to your illness but the antibiotics shouldn't have a negative effect. Why even focus on T? Feeling poorly when sick is due to illness, not low T.

No: Hi. Antibiotics are short term treatments for bacterial infections, and have no impact on a man's ability to make testosterone. If your testosterone is low, that needs to be worked up, but it's NOT from the antibiotics you got for some short term infection. That's correlation with no cause-and-effect relationship. Good luck!
