Muskeloskletal pain: Do you have F/H of early CAD? Do you have DM, HTN, Obesity? Do you smoke or use recreational drugs? Do you have recent H/O long travel, immobility, hospitalization or surgery. If answers NO, then you may have costocondritis (pain in in rib & joints). If bothers try NSAID's (eg. Motrin). You are too young to have serious cardiac disease.
