A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe Dermoid Cyst: Dermoid cysts can frequently show up on top of bony areas (especially the chest). They are small, hard lumps which usually don't cause pain or any other symptoms. Have it checked by a doctor. If it is growing in size, causing pain, or not going away, it may need to be removed at some point. They are very benign- don't cause other problems.
