Cbc: You didnt give the total white blood count but for me this signifies either and early viral infection or a low greade bacterial infection. The RDW and mpv are red blood cell indices and are inconsequential as related to this infection

Bacterial infection: Conjunctivitis (pink eye) and otitis media (ear infection) occurring concurrently is frequently due to non-typeable Hemophilus bacteria. Antibiotic therapy that covers beta-lactamase positive Hemophilus (like Amoxicillin with Clavulanate) is appropriate for this condition, assuming absence of penicillin allergy. I recommend seeing Pediatrician
