Urine culture..: Sometimes an initial urinalysis does not necessarily shows as positive but your clinical signs and symptoms might had strongly suggest a UTI in order for your doctor to treat you.In order to definitely know if this is related to kidney infection a culture needs to be done and might take 2-3 days to have a final result. Call your doctor and ask if this was done.The test can also tell if atbx is ok.
