See doctor: You may try taking antihistamine or even better a prescription nasal spray on a regular basis to make your nose less sensitive. If these products do not help . you should consider seeing an allergist to get desensitized. Perfume does not cause an allergic reaction without skin contact although the scent may irritate your nose. In case of skin contact, try some hydrocortisone cream on the skin
