Unrelated: Although these conditions may be from allergies, they are not related. The finger and toe problem may be from an allergic contact reaction to contact agents but the nose more likely from airborne allergens. If the fingers and toe issues are not helped by topical Hydrocortisone cream , you need to see your doctor. As for the sneezing, talk to your doctor about it.
