Rash: Yes, a rash can b treated anywhere, however, perhaps what you are not able to see the entire area, so have someone check to make sure the problem is only on the skin and not associated with a lump or cyst or growth. Rashes can be from irritation, infection both fungus and bacteria or underlying problems. First wear loose clothes, use cortisoine 1 if persists see doc.
