Back pain: Muscular back pain relates to static positioning.Sitting is added stress on back.Consider1-2 minute break every 45 minutes, change position,stand, stretch out, do the "hokey pokey" ( game of stretching) . Consider a lumbar/seat cushion/ergonomic chair. Kinesiotape. Short term motrin( if no allergy) but not for chronic use, muscle relaxant, .Make sure no bone, prostate, bowel issue.
