Ear pain: You have constant pain for 2 days that is bad enough you feel it needs to bt treated, you should be examined. It maybe a minor or viral infection but it should be checked out. Without being examined it is hard to recommend home remedies or medicines.

Suggestions.: If the ear is tender to the touch in the canal, or if it's draining and the canal is swollen, there are drops in the pharmacy for 'swimmer's ear' that may help. Also take over the counter drugs like acetaminophen and ibuprofen. If that doesn't help, you should have a doctor look inside to see if you need an antibiotic for a middle ear infection; something like Amoxicillin or Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim).
