See ENT doctor: You have otitis media with effusion (ome). Often it resolves over time. Antimicrobials can help in ome but the benefit is not long term and are they are not usually recommended. Corticosteroids can help, but they also provide short term benefit. Antihistamines might help, if the cause is an allergic reaction, but not if is from infection, surgical options are available if perstant.
