What is the newest injection for basal joint arthritis? i have had cortisone for several years but i have it in both thumbs and the pain is bad.

Same class: steroids: No one particular corticosteroid injection stands out as best, and there are many. They all work similarly. Remember that ice, splints, and medications, including steroid injections, just decrease inflammation temporarily.
