Good questions!: I'm surprised you were sent home in a spica cast. When will it be removed? Do you have a bed pan within reach? I'm afraid you need some help. It is even hard to sit up in a spica cast. Poor you! Is there someone you can call to help you?

Need more info...: We need a bit more info - what type of cast are you in? Body cast, long arm cast, leg, multiple. Be more specific and also do you have control of your bladder/bowel function. Then we may be able to offer some solutions.
