A member asked:

I have got tendonitis in my wrist. i need advice on how to treat it! my bones crack in my wrist. do i need a cast if the pain gets too bad? need help!

See details: The wrist needs to be evaluated. Casting is only very rarely needed. Splinting is easier. However, many areas of tendinitis can resolve with a simple cortisone injection. See a rheumatologist or orthopedist.
