Mass, pain, bleeding: Bleediing, and pain, and a perianal mass are the presenting symptoms, these can be from anal cancer and/or hemorrhoids. Anal fissure is also possible. Other cancers, like prostate can show up as an irregular mass on rectal exam. Colon cancer can have altered bowel habits, a positive fecal occult blood test, and fatigue from anemia seen on blood smear. See your doctor to be sure what you have.
