What symptoms ?: You have to understand that the only way to know for sure is to be seen by an oral surgeon or an ent. If the lesion is suspect and small, then the entire lesion might be removed. If it is large, then a biopsy will be done. It is normal to be scared and concerned... Your time is better spent getting an appointment to have it examined and diagnosed.
