Get lab work done: With the elevated liver enzyme + elevated ANA + symptoms, I am concerned about possible Autoimmune Hepatitis. Other forms of Hepatitis and other biliary tract disease are possible, so I think getting lab work and a physical exam is a better idea than watchful waiting and fat reduction. Please followup with your doctor.
