Prob not SLE: ANA results are most commonly reported as a titer, i.e. 1:40-1:60 is a low titer. Your one positive result is very positive but suspicious given the other negative tests. Antibodies to double-stranded DNA (anti-DS DNA) would be much more specific for SLE. Happy joint pain is less. Mild ALT (liver) abnormalities may be medication (Naproxen), other toxin (alcohol?) or even weight gain related.
