Can too much touchin cause a testicle to swell? went to er; they touch it quite abit especially durin ultrasound. no pain, shrinks in hot shower

Touching should: not cause testicular swelling. Touching may trigger the cremasteric reflex, which causes the scrotum to retract closer to the body. In order to maintain a temperature optimal for sperm viability, the testicles will typically contract towards the body when cold, and relax away from the body with heat.
