If i am 14 weeks pregnant will my baby measure at 12 weeks or 14 weeks based on ultrasound.

Same thing, 14 weeks: if your pregnancy is dated correctly from your last menstrual period, and if the ultrasound is also interpreted correctly they will both say 14 weeks. You do not adjust the ultrasound for the 2 "extra" weeks from the last menstrual period.
