Propranolol: In my experience that may be a little rapid for weaning off of a beta blocker. I would call your doctor and perhaps tell him you are anxious about tapering that quickly and see if he will give you a slower taper .

That depends: In general tapering doses of medications like beta blockers (propanolol) can be accomplished safely over a period of a couple of weeks, especially since you have been on the drug or only 2 months. The symptoms vary from person to person, so you may have to go more slowly, say every 2 days. If you have racing heartbeats,anxiety or trouble sleeping. Watch for headache too.
